Mike Zander has been working at Collision Safety Engineering since 2018 and was hired as an engineering assistant in 2022. Mike has extensive training and background in mechanical design and manufacturing, having worked in tool and die, manufacturing engineering, CNC programming of a wide variety of processes, as well as product and tooling design. His experience includes the industries of outdoor power equipment, metal fabrication, marine racing, automotive, newspaper, commercial print, and radio. As an engineering assistant at CSE, Mike’s skills include using 3D laser scanning, computer aided design and modeling, and dynamic crash testing support for accident reconstruction and research projects.
