Mark A. Perl has worked at Collision Safety Engineering, L.C., since 2007 as an engineer investigating and reconstructing automotive accidents, and working on research in various automotive-safety related fields. He has expertise in the areas of accident reconstruction, photogrammetry, restraint use, simulation programs, motion depictions (animations), crash data recorder downloads, and automotive statistics.
